MEET THE TEAM
Rev. Jeff Arnold
Jeff Arnold is the Senior Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Beaver, PA. Married to Karen for 32+ years, they have three grown and married children. He has authored 8 published books including the Big Book on Small Groups (InterVarsity Press). Jeff is a trained church consultant who has worked with churches all over the east coast. He is a founding member of Sustainable Mission Partners, and his congregation has fostered mission partnerships in Haiti, Romania, Nicaragua, China and West Virginia.
Lee Montanari
Lee Montanari has spent his career working as a Project Manager at First Energy Corporation; Beaver Valley Nuclear Power Station. Lee is also the Executive Director of Communicycle, a bicycle ministry, helping give kids and families access to bikes and connect them to local churches. He is involved in leadership at Mt. Carmel Evangelical Presbyterian Church and participates in outreach ministries like, Kingdom Week, where local churches partner together to complete various service projects for the community around them. Lee is married to Clara and they have one grown son and a dog. They live in Aliquippa, PA.
Chuck Verrett
Chuck Verrett is the President and founder of the Integra Marketing Group Inc. - a marketing, advertising and public relations firm located in New Galilee, PA. Chuck has spoken all over the United States and Canada on the subject of “Branding your Small Business and has addressed thousands on the subject of “Developing a Strategic Targeted Advertising Campaign” at an international Subway convention in Washington, DC. Among his numerous not-for-profit work, Chuck is a founding member of Sustainable Mission Partners, working to help mission organizations become self-sustaining. Married to Marianne, they have 4 grown children and live in Brighton Township.
Jenn Cepek
Jenn Cepek is the Program Coordinator for SMP. She loves witnessing this team of dreamers at work! Jenn has a background in education and non-profit fundraising. She lives with her family in Brighton Township, PA.
